Skin infection tab hoti hai jab bacteria, fungus, virus ya parasite skin ke upar ya andar ghus jaate hain. Isse redness, swelling, pain, itching aur kabhi-kabhi pus ban jaata hai.

CAUSES:

Bacterial infection

– Staph, Strep bacteria

– Cuts, injury, unhygienic skin

Fungal infection:

– Sweat, moisture, tight clothes

Viral infection:

– Herpes virus, warts virus

Parasitic:

– Scabies mites, lice

Low immunity, diabetes, poor hygiene, excessive sweating

SYMPTOMS:

TREATMENT (General)

1. Bacterial Infection

Topical antibiotic: Mupirocin, Fusidic acid

Severe cases: Amoxiclav, Cephalexin

2. Fungal Infection

Creams: Clotrimazole, Terbinafine, Ketoconazole

Tablets (severe): Fluconazole, Itraconazole

3. Viral Infection

Acyclovir (Herpes)

Warts: Chemical cautery / cryotherapy

4. Parasitic (Scabies / Lice)

Permethrin 5% overnight

General Care

Affected area ko saaf aur dry rakhe

Tight kapde avoid kare

Scratching na kare

Diabetic patients sugar control kare
